Matthew 6:9-13

You, therefore, pray like this:

‘Our Father in heaven!
May Your Name be kept holy.
May Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us the food we need today.
Forgive us what we have done wrong, as we too have forgiven those who have wronged us.
And do not lead us into hard testing, but keep us safe from the Evil One.
For Kingship, power and glory are Yours forever.
Amen’.

John 4:31-34

Meanwhile, the talmidim (disciples/followers) were urging Yeshua (Jesus), “Rabbi, eat something.” But He answered, “I have food to eat that you don’t know about.” At this, the talmidim asked one another, “Could someone have brought Him food?” Yeshua said to them, “My food is to do what the One who sent Me wants and to bring His work to completion.

John 6:27 ~ Yeshua speaking…

Don’t work for the food which passes away but for the food that stays on into eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For this is the One on whom God the Father has put His seal.

John 6:55-57 ~ Yeshua speaking…
For My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink. Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood lives in Me, and I live in Him. Just as the Living Father sent Me, and I live through the Father, so also whoever eats Me will live through Me.

Matthew 4:4 ~ Yeshua speaking…

But He answered, “The Tanakh (the Words of God/Scriptures) says,

‘Man does not live on bread alone, but on every Word that comes from the mouth of Adonai.’

Mark 1:14-15

After Yochanan (John) had been arrested, Yeshua came into the Galil (Galilee) proclaiming the Good News from God:

“The time has come, God’s Kingdom is near! Turn to God from your sins and believe the Good News!”

In Hebrew the word food is defined as: a substance that may be eaten for giving sustenance and making one whole.

Grace and peace in Yeshua the Messiah ❤
