The Awe for Adonai… in the Age of Deception ~ final post

June 6, 2020 at 6:08 pm (Remodeling the Mind, WSGD Newes) (, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , )

Acts 1:7&8: He answered, “You don’t need to know the dates or the times; the Father has kept these under His own Authority. But you will receive power when the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) comes upon you; you will be My witnesses both in Yerushalayim and in Y’hudah and Shomron, indeed to the end of the earth!”

I’m not very happy at the thought of living a lie. Of the thought that daily actions required of me promote lies, enter into lies and mislead. In fact, lately, going out has done nothing but make me down right cranky. In the process I appealed to the Lord, “how can I keep from being robbed of joy by this enemy, Father, if the first thing I see is this deception and more disheartening the people You’ve created just passively going along with it.” Phrases like ‘the new normal’ enrage me… not enrage like a child not getting it’s way, but like Yeshua/Jesus when He upturned the selling tables in His Father’s House kind of enraged. In and of ourselves, we suffer nothing to just go along with what will feed peace. But, when that “peace” insults my Lord and Savior, who created the human body, created the world, and hates lies… are we not to stand in action against such ‘new normals’? Not protest or riot… sorry, this is not Yeshua’s way. Never was, is or will be. It’s our daily actions and living by which we witness to a kingdom we were born for, Yeshua came and died that we might become part of. It may seem to analytical to some but entertain this thought for a minute. Yet bear with it. A mask… what is it? What is its function/purpose? Does it apply in truth to this day? “What, Lord of Life, is Your perspective of this?”

מסכה – Mask – Masecah – disguise, idol

Ma•se•cha’ in modern Hebrew means only a mask or disguise. You can tell the sound similarity between the Hebrew and the English words. In biblical Hebrew, this word means an idol. Interestingly, most Bibles translate it as molten gods. More interesting is the fact that all of these idols are mostly no more than calfs. To be more precise, young male calfs. ‘Ma•se•cha,’ as a mask, was and is still being used very commonly in the spiritual rituals of many religions. You may find them around the globe, including in North and South America. The Latin word is almost identical to that of the Hebrew: ‘masca.’ The most ancient idol/mask was found in Hebron, Israel, and is assumed to be from 7000 BC. If you ever visit Israel Museum in Jerusalem, you can see it exhibited there.

‘Ma•se•cha’ probably comes from the Hebrew root: ‘m.s.ch’, which means ‘to hide’ or ‘a screen.’ The word appears only in the Old Testament. For example,

“They have turned aside quickly from the way which I commanded them; they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed to it, and said, ‘These are your gods, O Israel, which have brought you out of the land of Egypt’”Exodus 32:8

The modern word used for either theater, movie, or computer screens is ‘ma•sach,’ which is also a derivative from ‘ma•se•cha.’

dis·guise

(dĭs-gīz′)tr.v.dis·guiseddis·guis·ingdis·guis·es1.a. To modify the manner or appearance of (a person, for example) in order to prevent recognition: disguised himself as a guard and escaped.b. To make indistinct or difficult to perceive: disguised the bad taste of the medicine with lemon syrup.2. To conceal or obscure by dissemblance or false show; misrepresent: disguise one’s true intentions.n.1. Clothes or accessories worn to conceal one’s true identity.2.a. Appearance that misrepresents the true character of something: a blessing in disguise.b. A pretense or misrepresentation: His repeated references to his dangerous hobbies were only a disguise to cover up his insecurity.

I realize the next argument for definition will be that I didn’t include the medical definition of a mask. Need I? I am not simply because in this case, it is not truthful to apply today. There is no illness about that benefits one to wear a medical mask. I will not speak or print anything but truth. There may be a virus, they can call it whatever they want. The bubonic plaque it is not, nor eboli, nor a bacterial infectious disease by which a mask may at times be beneficial to wear for medical personale. The general public has been sold a lie about these mask and they have bought it for the most part, mostly because they fail to seek the truth of things in general out for themselves. Fatigue, laziness, or apathy leads most to just “trust the ‘experts’ “. Misapplication of anything can, therefore, be done. With or without evil motives (at least beknown to the individual). In this case, mask are being required of people in the name of a big lie, so what is being disguised? If so, what are we, as Light in darkness called to do from God’s perspective, not ours, not ‘theirs’ – but His alone. The answer?

LIVE THE TRUTH, with confidence in the Truth, who is Himself. Do it with gladness and joy and confidence in the Truth.

This was His answer to me. While I was cranky, grumbling about the lies and the gullibility of us humans, I was being robbed. My perspective was not on Him. It was on the world, it’s inconveniences, it’s perception. I wasn’t walking into the store (without a mask) with a smile of confidence in the Truth and the Lord, but in crankiness which was leading to bitterness and rebellion. I found myself belligerent looking into those cameras at the entry or people talking my picture (they are decieved), with a haughty attitude. I didn’t like it, I knew something was off. I went to the only One who can set my feet on the right path of His will. The interaction created humility in me and changed my heart. Not to enter into the lie by wearing a mask but to live the truth with joy and confidence in Him. He is my mask. My protection from ALL harm, physical, mental, or spiritual. It requires only that my heart is bent towards Him, and my actions reflect the actual truth according to His perspective.

He then brought to my mind the oddest picture. A knife. Interesting…I thought. The next image He gave was of its edge, sharp, it’s uses, cutting, the sense that He was affirming the need for the sharpness of its edge. The next impression was of the feeling I often get when I have been cut by a knife in the kitchen. A metallic taste I get in my mouth instantly, followed by the sensation of flesh being rent, violation almost. He then said, “the reverence or awe of this edge is diluted by human perspective. You get used to handling it, and forget to revere it. You get busy and slip, your deception of being in control causes injury. Revere Me, this is wisdom. I’ll admit I was a bit stunned. The verse about the Word being sharper than a two edged sword, popped into my head. His ways really never cease to be completely different than ours, His thoughts. The mind He gave me took it from there. Here’s two images that came to mind:

Do you see the difference? The inventions of man give us tools that allow us to revere less the edge of a knife. (I’m not saying we should all stop using rags, sponges, ie: tools to clean our knives) Then when we use them we are more inclined to mis-cut…slip. It’s subtle, this dulling of our senses, not nessessarily evil in an obvious way. Just inches us towards being decieved. Makes it possible, if you will. I sat back hard in my chair. His leading me got the job done, with a silly knife, images and His voice. I never would have made the connection. We don’t revere the power of God. We go out into the world and with each passing day, the world’s appearances seem to hold such power, more perceptible in our self centered world, yes. Yet, not in His. He is more powerful than everything we see that is not of Him. His edge is sharp, and accurate. His… is the most important edge I must remember. Nothing can harm me, or cause me to harm another without His precision of intervention. His execution of all things is KING! All those fear based fumblings from human mouths start to lose their power.

If you care about the elderly… you’ll wear a mask. If you care about people… if you want to be a good citizen… if you want to stay out of trouble… if you want to shop for food… if you want people to trust you…

No. Away all fear-based, man approval based, God isn’t in control based, I have to do it myself based, we are more powerful based, a disease is more powerful based, the government is more powerful based AWAY FROM ME!! I am Yeshua the Messiahs!! He bought me with HIS blood, He raised me from this death perception and brought me to the feet of our Father, who is and was and always will be completely trustworthy to follow. I will not listen or follow suite with any action that says otherwise, for me or for my fellow human beings. I will revere the knife edge, My Father, I will not forget His is Supreme authority and power. He has promised to sustain and uphold me, I’m no longer going to live in fear of this world and it’s dull dull edge of no power.

The blurred lines of little deceptions are increasing. Where will we stand and expose ourselves to His veil ripping power? The cost of doing so is increasing. It’s no longer just about not living in the obvious sin mentioned from front to back of the Bible. But a clear cut, if we don’t follow in those obvious things, fellowship with Him to get us through these subtle things will be impossible. He may tell you in one instant, use your mask to go shop and another to refuse to wear it. Will you know the difference? Wearing a mask does not say you agree… though many may see it black and white that way. The truth is HE can tell you to do anything and it’s the right thing, but don’t delude yourself. He is not asking you to wear a mask because the threat to life is real as the world purports. He uses all things to accomplish His will. Don’t buy into a human power based lie, that we can kill people with sickness and disease. That’s His territory! Life and death are His… not now nor ever will be ours or anyone else’s. Life is about human interaction, relationship, love, touching and laying on of hands. Yeshua touched leporous people, His example is key. We must live as if His kingdom is the most powerful, the ONLY power. It may be that He will tell us to defy a 6 ft rule of government, the masking…disguise endorsing lie. We must depend upon His voice each moment to know exactly how to live in action. When I go without a mask it’s in His authority, not rebellion to anyone else’s. When I put it on, it’s in the same spirit as above. Each reveres His power. Each is to live in Him.

To conclude, I would be remiss if I didn’t affirm the obvious. If we are engaged in vacillation or indecision and thus affirmative action in placing our bodies, mind, hearts into the sinless state that we are boldly without any room for misinterpretation for living, told not to do in the Word of God. The ability to be led into the subtle deceptions that will prevail from this point forward will over take us. WE can not live in sin and have communion with God to such the degree of intimacy that is required for these days. If we are fornicating, adulterous, lying to ourselves and/or others, cheating – in any way, hateful and unforgiving toward anyone, slanderous about anyone, jealous and envious of anyone or anything, careless in our speech, vulgar in our thinking, lazy, blaming and comparing to justify any of our actions…we are in sin. Go! Immediately! We must to be cleansed and forgiven by our Father and completely stop the actions we take into those sins (repentence). This is the power of God to save. Cover ourselves in the blood of Yeshua as the robe of righteousness, daily. Be fearless to speak of Him, fearless!! Don’t let the enemy blind you. Saying things like “I don’t know what to say to my children because of…I don’t have to say it’s Yeshua who saves, people already know what I believe…” don’t hold back, don’t give in, don’t be afraid we’ll lose our jobs, ability to shop, ability to do what this world calls living. Be more in awe and in fear of not really living according to His kingdom. Don’t be deterred by the control this world is eluding to. Don’t join in the chaos. Simply serve the Lord and stand out loud for Him, every minute, every day, everywhere at all times. Worship Him and Him alone!!

Finally, take total and complete responsibility for the information you act upon as truth. We do not live in ancient times where it was actually possible for people to truly not know about something going on in the world not immediately in their towns. You can seek the truth in all things yourself, we can not depend on someone else’s word, however, nice, and godly they may be. We are accountable to use the tools God gave us to know for ourselves. The truth about why a government would deceive people… this goes back 1000’s of years folks, not 100’s. You can’t act on the truth of you don’t know it. If nothing else, the time off, whether forced or not provides the time to do your own seeking. There will be no I didn’t know…” excuse on judgment day. What in your Bible doesn’t make sense to you… don’t stop until He, Himself clears it up. Study, and grow in the knowledge of Him – who He is… this is a absolutely 100 percent pay off in spades for your time! No better guarantee will ever exist. Our life exist in being fully alive in Him. There is no room for ourselves…our petty desires that go against His. We must die to ourselves now, to live fully in Him forever.

Scripture abounds for those who want to look up anything said here. Seek, and you will find. Don’t depend on anyone to do your spiritual work for you anymore. If you don’t hear Him, don’t stop until you do. Every single word and action Yeshua spoke and did affirmed the old testament of hearing God, consulting God, obeying what He said, Every work Yeshua spoke testified that we can and will hear His voice. (Look up: My sheep hear My Voice…) it’s all there for each individual to come to without any intervention from man. The Truth (Yeshua – Himself) will set us free!) We reflect Him… we don’t save anyone. He saves. Only Him.

Then He said to me, “Don’t seal up the words of the prophecy in this book (Revelation), because the time of their fulfillment is near.

Whoever keeps acting wickedly, let him go on acting wickedly; whoever is filthy, let him go on being made filthy.

Also, whoever is righteous, let him go on doing what is righteous; and whoever is holy, let him go on being made holy.

Pay attention!” Says Yeshua ” I am coming soon, and My rewards are with Me to give to each person according to what he has done. I am the א (Alef) and the ת (Tav), the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

How blessed are those who wash their robes (actions), so they have the right to eat from the Tree of Life and go through the gates (judgement) into the city! Outside are homosexuals, those involved with the occult and with drugs, those sexually immoral, murderers, idol-worshippers, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. “I, Yeshua, have sent My angel to give you this testimony for the Messianic communities. I am the Root and Offspring of David, the bright Morning star. The Spirit and the Bride say, ‘Come!’ Let anyone who hears say ‘Come!’ And let anyone who is thirsty come – let anyone who wishes, take the water of life free of charge.”

I warn everyone hearing the words of the prophecy in this book (Revelation) that if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues written in this book. And if anyone takes anything away from the word in the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the Tree of Life and holy city, as described in this book.

“The One testifying to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon!” Amen! Come, Lord Yeshua!

May the grace of the Lord Yeshua be with all! ~ Revelation 22:10-21

Food Facts #1

Did you know…

That avocatoes boost your metabolism for 24-48 hours? Eating one a day is the equivalent of walking briskly for 3 miles! Yep, if you’re looking for a food that can do for you without you doing any heavy lifting, this is your chance! They contain the highest amounts of healthy fats in a vegetable. (Yes, your body was designed by God to need fats). They have what is called omega fats. Omega fats are not stored in the body, but used in each of your systems to produce the “fruit” of good energy and mental clarity. God created your body to store the other kinds of fat found in meat, dairy, and sugar foods for a rainy day or lean times. Skip back to the past, before grocery stores. (Believe it or not more time has ticked off the wheel without grocery stores than with) There were what they call lean times, during winter and non-growing seasons, that created the need for this mechanism in our bodies. God has always known what He was doing 😉 Sadly, we no longer have these times, hence the reason all that fat gets “stored-up” but never turned into the ‘extra meal’ lean times required of us. These extra fats now go to that storage area, but get too full and your body sends them into systems that were never designed by God to handle. Cancer feeds off of and lives in these stored fats – but sugar is its favorite food!

Avocados actually help your body get rid of these stored fats, like a friend who comes and helps you find your way home. They escort the useless fat to the waste systems by boosting your metabolism to burn off all that extra. Like calls to like, and avocado fats know the bad fats’ language, but gently advocates for your health, convincing those fats they really don’t want to live where they cause death in the body.

They are creamy and full of vitamins and minerals too! , (Thanks to that seed inside) It’s good for everything! There is not one thing that these little cups of health don’t do to help you up the health-o-meter! (Unless, of course, you are allergic to them. In such a case, I offer my profound condolences!) Avocados are one of the most amazing creations of God’s table. They make great snacks, and can be added to almost anything as a nice addition to any meal. Why not start putting these tasty little buggers to work in your body now?

A recipe is forth coming for a double bang for your ‘body-bucks’ with avocados.
Stay tuned…

Unexpected Wisdom

January 11, 2014 at 2:31 am (Remodeling the Mind) (, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , )

image

The conversation finally began…

Words had flown about the room for well over an hour…but nothing communicable had really occurred. Eight souls had gathered to study the Bible. At least that was what the title was called; a Bible Study. Various theologies had been discussed, springing from a few words pulled from the Book intended to be studied. Philosophies of forgiveness with the clanging symbols of rhetoric popular among “the gatherers of the Book”. Words flung out with the tree of knowledge of good and evil as it base. In essence it could all be brought down to “what does forgiving do for me.

One silent soul, up to this point, found their lips and their vocals found wind.

“But who is forgiveness really about? For that matter…who is this Book really about?”

Seven pairs of eyes fell to the one who had almost been forgotten. This one being the “least educated” and newest member of the group. The sounds that came from their person floated like a feather…slowly drifting down as if from nowhere…the room fell still.

The brave soul suddenly felt odd. And gave an almost apologetic smile.

“Hmmm…well, a good question” said the “leader”. “Perhaps it will be a good topic for next week.”

The other six, gave a sigh of relief and nodded their accent to the leader.

Again the new one was compelled to speak.

“I’m confused. I thought this was supposed to be a place where I could ask questions and get help finding the hidden truths the Bible has to offer according to the Apostle Paul? If I mistook the agenda I ask forgiveness. It would be the highest offence to me that I would offend my Father in heaven by derailing that which you had intended. Most of what I heard you all sharing…well quite frankly went over my head. I know I am new and have much to learn. Yet as I have been reading in Matthew chapters 5 and 6, I have felt as if I was right there at Yeshua’s (Jesus’) feet…listening to Him. He spoke of the Kingdom of Heaven a lot and how forgiveness works…uh…at least to me…what it is supposed to look like in action. And it seemed to me to point without exception to the Father, who is forgiveness…upon which the “children” – if you will – are grace and mercy and truth. I don’t know all the “learned” lingo or language but again I found Yeshua speaking in such simple terms that anyone could understand Him. If I am in error, please would someone correct me? I really don’t want to go another 7 days thinking in error to wait for next week’s study. To do so seems to me would be even greater foolishness than to speak up and seem as fool.”
The words carried such humility and honest inquiry, again the room was aloft in stillness. Impregnated with the Light that had just now began to shine.

Again the new one began to feel awkward and shifted in the silence uncomfortably.

The “leader” cleared their throat.
One by one each other member looked between the leader and the new one. None finding a voice of their own to lend to the subject. Suddenly what they thought they “knew” seemed a square peg attempting to be put in a round hole. (Indeed this was the case)

“Perhaps,” said the leader with an authoritative air. “You could share what it is that you have heard us speaking about that has caused your confusion?”
It was spoken framed in invitation, but the true portrait of its spirit was condescending.

The new one didn’t respond to the latter.

“Well, all the words sound right but don’t fall into the spirit with which I sense in Yeshua as He speaks about forgiveness. To Him all things are about His Father. The One who Forgives. Without Him there is no such thing. So to forgive is to simply attest to the One who makes it possible. You all spoke much with many words I didn’t understand and can’t remember now…but to put it in terms I understood you to be saying…
To forgive is to be set free from being unforgiving. Again this seems right and I find it hard to say exactly what seems not right about it. I have been reading an author who said, “Discernment is not about knowing right from wrong, but knowing right from almost right” This is the best I can describe my struggle. What you all say sounds almost right but not right.” The new one paused and resumed a moment later. The awkward silence prevailed.

“As I have spent time talking with God and Yeshua, reading His Words…I have come to understand that forgiveness is something I do that gives away what He does, did and completed with Yeshua on the cross. That when I forgive, its sort of like taking the bread and wine in remembrance of Him. Yeshua said Himself that when we forgive it not only effects this world but heaven! That’s power!! Unseen power to be honest!”

The new one was so lost within the wonder and awe of the One who forgives they seemed to start to fairly glow…it became contagious. All ears were held hostage by the enthusiasm and worship.

“When you all were speaking about letting go of unforgiveness it seemed to me that it was as if – if we forgive we benefit from our own forgiveness. Yet it seems contrary to what Yeshua said, though in a way we do, but that’s not the intent for which we are asked to do so. Though you all quoted scriptures that could – by themselves taken the way you frame these theologies with them – could seem to support them. Again its the sense of right verses almost right that perplexes me. I don’t know much about theologies but I do know Yeshua, the Father and the Spirit who is sent to counsel and or guide us into all Truth; which is to say Yeshua Himself and things don’t “lineup” if you will between the two. Mankind is always systematically trying to attain knowledge from God into a pattern of prescription that methodizes our behaviors, but does nothing to transform. I think forgiveness is what one does as an identifier of Who they now belong to. But how can they forgive if they don’t know the Forgiver? How can release come from an action based only on sentences in a book? Are we not supposed to be seeking the One who wrote it and obeying the One who made all things? Because He knows how best all thing work functionally? In other words because He is trustworthy?”
Abruptly the new one was finished. The words hanging in the air like a balloon waiting to be popped.

At last…the conversation began to take the shape for which The One who wrote the Book that they were desirous to study…intended. The Book got opened, and together all those present sought to seek that they may find…no one at that point was “leader” or “new”, all were brothers and sisters of the same Father. Becoming children of God…not wise ones of learning. The next week more “new” ones were added to their number, and The One who wrote the Book was the final Authority in what was right. Theology’s still came up but were taken under the microscope of Yeshua’s Words alone. As a result He became The Way, The Truth, and The Life…and they followed Him.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Proverbs 1:5-6

Someone who is already wise will hear and learn still more; someone who already understands will gain the ability to counsel well; he will understand proverbs, obscure expressions, the sayings and riddles of the wise.

Romans 3:24-26

By God’s Grace, without earning it, all are granted the status of being considered righteous before Him, through the act redeeming us from our enslavement to sin that was accomplished by the Messiah Yeshua. God put Yeshua forward as a kapparah (atonement/pardon) for sin through His faithfulness in respect to His bloody sacrificial death. This vindicated God’s righteousness; because, in His forebearance, He had passed over (with neither punishment nor remission) the sins people committed in the past; and it vindicates His righteousness in the present age by showing that He is righteous Himself and also the One who makes people righteous on the ground of Yeshua’s faithfulness.

Romans 16:25

Now to God, who can strengthen you, according to the Good News, in harmony with the revelation of the secret truth which is the proclamation of Yeshua the Messiah, kept hidden in silence for ages and ages

Ephesians 5:9-10

…and of letting everyone see how this secret plan is going to work out. This plan, kept hidden for ages by God, the Creator of everything, is for rulers and authorities in heaven to learn, through the existence of the Messianic Community, how many-sided God’s wisdom is.

1 Corinthians 17-31

For the Messiah did not send me to immerse but to proclaim the Good News – to do it without relying on “wisdom” that consists of mere rhetoric, so as not to rob the Messiahs execution-stake of IT’S power. For the Message about the execution-stake is nonsense to those in the process of being destroyed, but to us in the process of being saved it is the power of God. Indeed, the Tanakh (Old Testament) says,

“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise and frustrate the intelligence of the intelligent.”

Where does that leave the philosopher, the Torah-teacher (teacher of the Teachings), or any of today’s thinkers? Hasn’t God made this worlds wisdom look pretty foolish? For God’s wisdom ordained that the world, using its own wisdom, would NOT come to know Him. Therefore God decided to use the “nonsense” of what we proclaim as His means of saving those who come to trust in it. Precisely because Jews ask for signs and Greeks try to find wisdom, we go on proclaiming a Messiah executed on a stake as a criminal! To the Jews this is an obstacle, and to the Greeks it is nonsense; but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, this same Messiah is God’s power and God’s wisdom! For God’s “nonsense” is wiser than humanities “wisdom”.

And God’s “weakness” is stronger than humanities “strength”. Just look at yourselves, brothers – look at those whom God has called! Not many of you are wise by the worlds standards, not many wield power or boast noble birth. But God chose what this world considers nonsense in order to shame the wise; God chose what the world looks down on as common or regards as nothing in order to bring to nothing what this world considers important; so that no one should boast before God. It is His doing that you are united with the Messiah Yeshua. He has become wisdom for us from God, and righteousness and holiness and redemption as well! Therefore – as the Tanakh says – “Let anyone who wants to boast, boast about Adonai.”

When God is the ONLY One with the answer.

January 25, 2013 at 4:48 am (WSGD Newes) (, , , , , , , , )

image

Job 40:1-5

Continuing to address Iyov (Job), Adonai (the Lord) said:
“Does the critic want to dispute Shaddai (the Almighty God)? Let him who wants to correct God give an answer!”

Then Iyov (Job) replied to Adonai:

“I am too ashamed; I have nothing to say. I lay my hand over my mouth. Yes, I spoke once, but I won’t answer more; all right, twice, but I won’t go on.”

Job chapters 38-42 are the least touched upon chapters of Job. The emphasis always seems to get “centered” on Jobs suffering, God’s testing of his trust, the “banter of the humans” (Job and his friends), and a touch on the enemy of God at the beginning.

To me the last chapters are the MOST telling of the Book. The Book itself’s purpose seems to reveal a deeper issue. Back and forth the humans go with their “knowledge, wisdom, advice and views of God’s” and God lets them go on and on. Not unlike He does still. Then God replies. Give those chapters a “look-see”, there was a reason Job, a righteous man proclaimed by God, Himself; was speechless after God’s replies. All the things the humans had recounted and set back and forth in review were rendered utterly useless.

We still do this today. Uncomfortable with the fact that God has knowledge we don’t have, and will NEVER know fully as He does. Topics like:

Salvation – if it can be lost

Is God merciful beyond “the grave”

When will Yeshua (Jesus) come back?

Will “the believers” go through the great Tribulation or not?

Endless attempts to prove and reprove God’s existence by: science, theology, reason, education, logic, philosophy, psychology, even going so far as to suggest a human can become such an “expert on Scripture” that one may achieve the same degree of “knowledge” as God.

God started His Word (the Bible) out far from His beginning! It was ours not His beginning! He had loved us so much and so desired our friendship and citizenship in His Kingdom; that He has given such a capacity to us to “know” some of what He does that the limit, so far, has not been reached!
But! He will always be God, and therefore know everything in such a way that the created will not; or He will cease to be God. His desire can not be more clear; that we would know Him but not become gods.

I am so comforted by the fact that Adonai, Yeshua, and the Spirit will always have the “monopoly” on everything! It shuts my mouth when bent towards argument so many times! There are somethings, only God will ever know. And even if this statement is wrong; He will correct me! I don’t have to have all the answers…whew! I just have to run head-long towards the One who does. And…He can speak for Himself! If I don’t know, I can point whoever may be asking me to Him; with absolute confidence of His ability to answer when I can not. He NEVER asked us to be “know it all’s”. He only ever asked us to believe He does.

The link below is a great example of how one of the above controversial topics was “exchanged”. I do so enjoy a good debate, but even better when the words run out; the silence and ceasing of human breath so God can open anew our sight of Him.

Oh how I love my Brother Job’s last words!

Job 42:1-6

Then at last, Job gave Adonai this answer:

“I know that You can do everything, that no purpose of Yours can be thwarted.

“You asked, ‘Who is this, hiding counsel, without having knowledge?’

Yes, I spoke, without understanding, of wonders far beyond me, which I didn’t know.

Please listen, and I will speak,

[You said,] ‘I will ask questions; and you, give Me answers’

I heard about You with my ears, but now my eye sees You; therefore I detest myself and repent in dust and ashes.”

Then, and only then, did God heal and restore Job and far more than in his “earthly” possessions!
