Does the God of the Bible really have ALL the Answers?

March 18, 2017 at 5:27 am (WSGD Newes) (, , , , , , )

The Church of God, meaning the Flock residing in the Pasture of Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah, in fellowship with and service to Him, was meant to teach, encourage, arm, strengthen and reflect ALL The Shepherd has to offer His Sheep. The Truth. Yet absolutely none of these relevant issues for that Flock are being taught through the lens of Truth and thus able to withstand in the light of those who will happily educate them from without.

I list them, but, it’s up to you, as His Sheep to seek out the answers to these things in the Book you say holds them all. The Bible taught and teaches about every one of these things, and because God created all things, He addressed them before any of them existed or were addressed by anyone else. This is a call out to Pastors, leaders, and ALL those who go to church to learn of and get to know God…why are these issues not answered from the churches? It begins with each of us individually first…yet the responsibility to feed the Sheep is no small thing for those of us who must teach. We are all teachers, if parents then we must teach our children, if aunts, uncles, grandparents, sisters, brothers, neighbors…if we don’t know what God says about all these things – how can we possibly engage those around us? For to not know the truth about them is to be deceived, we live in the age of deception. And the lack of addressing these things had led us to dangerous territory. We send our children to schools who tell them they can decide not to be girls or boys! Obviously noone in the world hesitates about their “readiness” for such complex issues. This is happening in grade school!

I’ve done much study on all these subjects. My study has proven God to be The Way, The Truth, and The Life. Solidifying my walk with Him and earning that unshakable trust in Him that is the foundation of this life and all I encounter in it.

The church may fail to do its job, but God – The Most High God, Adonai, Yahweh, God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, I Am that I Am, El Shaddi, First and Last, The Righteous One, The Holy One of Israel, The Great Shepherd, Father in Heaven, The Son of God, Yeshua Hamashiach, God with US, Salvation, Holy Spirit, Ruach HaKodesh, The Comforter, Healer, Redeemer, HE does not, has not, and will not fail to equip, arm, strengthen, give answers, and show The Way if we seek Him.

All these things have infiltrated every single thing we live with, our education, our politics, our morals, our way of living, perspectives; they effect everything, our jobs, homes, entertainment, CHILDREN, thoughts, actions. Again, how can these topics be so neglected in the House of Adonai?

There are those who have answered the call to ‘feed His sheep’, yet sadly they are few and ridiculed and slandered because they ‘fear not what can kill the body, but fear instead the One who can kill the soul’. Put differently, they are Joshua’s, who see the Giants and fear them not because he KNOWS His God and that He is Bigger and will arm and strengthen those who walk fearlessly out and proclaim “The God of Israel is just and true, a shield to those that serve and love Him with all their hearts, minds and souls; and testify to His truth wherever lies are lurking.”

The issues are:

☡ The forces of darkness, that we are commanded to arm ourselves for.

This stuff is REAL and discernment must be taught for the People of God to stand, especially to/for our children!
☡ Fake News AND Real News

*** Not so unknown ☝this author.
☡ Biotechnology/Nanotechnology

☡ Medicine/Health

Seems to me the Body of Messiah should have the fiercest investigators and reporters! Yet we cower? Why?

Here is what The Word of God has promised.

1 John 2:26-27

I have written you these things about the people who are trying to deceive you. As for you, the Messianic anointing you received from the Father remains in you, so that you have no need for anyone to teach you about all things, and is true, not counterfeit, so, just as He taught you, remain united with Him.

Psalms 32:8

I will instruct and teach you in this way that you are to go; I will give you counsel; My eyes will be watching you.

**All of Ezekiel chapter 34!**

Jeremiah 50:6; 23:10-11; 16:21

My people have been lost sheep. My shepherds made them go astray, turning them loose in the mountains. As they wandered from mountain to hill, they lost track of where their home is.

For the land is full of adulterers; because of a curse the land is in mourning – the desert pastures have died up. Their course is evil, their power misused. Both the prophets and Cohen (priest) are godless; In my own House I find their wickedness, says Adonai.

Therefore, I will make them know, once and for all I will make them know My power and My might. Then they will know that My name is Adonai.

Isaiah 54:13, 16-17

All your children will be taught by Adonai; your children will have great peace.

It is I who created the craftsman who blows on the coals and forges weapons suited to their purpose; I also created the destroyer to work havoc. No weapon made will prevail against you.

Isaiah 48:16-17

Come close to Me, ands listen to this: Since the beginning I have not spoken in secret, since the time things began to be I have been there; and now Adonai Elohim has sent me His Spirit.

Thus says Adonai, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: I am Adonai, your God, who teaches you for your own good, who guides you in the path you should take.

If we truly believe that The Word of the Living God has provided us with the answers to all things, then the learning house of worship to that Living God would send out swords from their midst, ready to discern and stand against the wolves in sheep’s clothing and armed with the Words of Truth to help open the eyes of those who are lost around us. Our fruits would be dropping off ripe and ready!

Do not fear! My fellow sheep, seek the truth in these matters, the Lord God will show up and teach, He will assure you and give courage! Did He not say over and over, “Don’t be afraid, for I will be with you! Be strong, have courage!” Our children are suffering the most due to this gaping hole in our armor, who will answer the call to remain faithful to God with them, as we ‘walk on the way, while sitting, while lying down, walking, coming and going’.? Who will teach them to interpret the world they live in?

There are so many resources available, YouTube has great followers of God, who have done their homework and searched the Scriptures, documentaries and all sorts of information. Our resources will dry up soon in this capacity, as everyday the censorship online dwindles them. For those who don’t know, the UN now oversees the Internet here in the United States, no longer is it protected by the amendments of free speech. I, myself, have watched too many things disappear in recent months. Use the resources while they are still avaliable. I’ll be happy to recommend to any who ask for reliable resources.

🔯 May the Truth be your guard and shield, May you hear the Voice of the Shepherd and fear not! May His promises protect you and be found faithful to lead and guide you into His righteousness and strength! Grace and peace, in the Name of Yeshua, and for His Namesake! 🔯

Escape Artist

March 2, 2017 at 5:51 am (Thoughts to Ponder, WSGD Newes) (, , , , , , , , , , , , , , )

Matthew 24:3; 13; 42-46

When He was sitting on the Mount of Olives, His talmidim (disciples) came to Him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will these things happen? And what will be the sign that You are coming, and that the ‘olam hazeh (this age) is ending?”

But whoever holds out till the end will be delivered.

So stay alert, because you don’t know the hour your Lord will come. But you do know this: had the owner of the house known a thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore, you too must always be ready, for the Son of Man will come when you’re not expecting Him. Who is the faithful and sensible servant whose master puts him in charge of the household staff, to give them their food at the proper time? It will go well with that servant if he is found doing his job when his master comes.

It seems that people fixate on the day of the rapture today like they fixated on signs in the days of Yeshua.

I’m sure there are and were then those who truly desired to serve and know the Lord within these fixations. But for most, it’s a form of escapism.

How can we avoid…we don’t want to suffer…show us how to become immune…what can we look for to know our time is up…I’m tired of being here…

The Scripture above shows a rather stark picture for escape artist. To escape from something indicates that one must be imprisoned or trapped. Hence the need at this point to ask oneself, “Have I been freed?” If we read Psalms 34 in its entirety we see a totally different picture of one who is called by God and waiting for His return. All the signs depended on, are already given, our relational progression and walk with Him, right where we’re at, at the present time. The hope held onto for a time we don’t know (exactly, though the timing we do) but have been promised.

In fact the only form of escape that comes close to being freed from a trap in scripture; is from the enemy. (Save one, though it’s misinterpreted, I’ll get to that one later)

1 Corinthians 10:13; 2 Peter 1:4; 2 Timothy 2:26; Ezekiel 7:16; 2 Peter 2:20;

Matthew 6:13

And do not lead us into hard testing, but keep us safe from the evil one. For Kingship, power, and glory are Yours forever. Amen.

The above scripture is the closest Yeshua (Jesus) ever comes to such a line of thought.  Not exactly escape as some have in mind but it runs more parallel with the idea. He doesn’t say, “let us never have testing, and never face the evil one.”  So here, is not find such an endorsement to escapism.

The testing of our trust is how it grows, we’ll all deal with this or we won’t grow. As for the evil one, no one, including Yeshua Himself, escapes encounters with him. To be protected is far different than to be written a pass to get out of it. How do we discern evil from good if we never encounter evil? How does one know what they are saved from if they don’t feel the effects of evil? Escape is not an alternative.

Going back up to the first scriptures, fellow-sheep, notice the last sentence? We have work to do, work that we are to have as a natural response to our unity with the Lord, to be passionate and full of zeal to accomplish. Not this tapping of fingers type illusion of waiting. Looking around at all that evil out there and wondering when God’s going to smash the smithereens outta those evil people. No, instead we are quick to thank the Lord for His patience as we are still in no clean condition to meet Him for the Bridal supper He has prepared for those who endure to the end. Our else we’d be there, right now!

Let’s look at some more scripture.

2 Peter 3:11-15

Since everything is going to be destroyed like this, what kind of people should you be? You should live holy and godly lives, as you wait for the Day of God and WORK TO HASTEN IT’S COMING. That Day will bring on the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt from the heat; but we, following along with His Promise, WAIT for new heavens and a new Earth, in which righteousness will be at home. Therefore, dear friends, as you look for these things, do everything you can to be found by Him without spot or defect and AT PEACE. And think of our Lord’s patience as deliverance, just as our dear brother Sha’ul (Paul) wrote you, following the wisdom God gave him.

So, we see here, that instead of being the kind that keep looking at the clock in order to “clock out”. We are instead to be looking at the clock as if those minutes are going too fast for there are more souls that need to be served in honor of Him, whose mission at His heart was to save the lost! And all of us have not exhausted the clock in search of Him to know Him more!

Romans 13:11-12

Besides all this, you know at what point of history we stand, so it is high time for you to rouse yourselves from sleep: for the final deliverance is nearer than when we first came to trust. The night is almost over, the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and arm ourselves with the weapons of light.

This scripture says get ready, war is upon us! Not pack your bags, it’s about to get tuff, we’re outta here! If this indeed be our heart, then we can have no part in the One who knelt down to wash the feet of those He sends, as an example of how we are to see our time here.

2 Timothy 2:3

Accept your share in suffering disgrace as a good soldier of the Messiah Yeshua.

Hebrews 10:35-39; 12:25

So don’t throw away that courage of yours, which carries with it such a great reward. For you need to hold out; so that, by having done what God wills, you may receive what He has promised. For,

There is so little time! The One coming will indeed come, He will not delay. But the person who is righteous will live his life by trusting, and if he shrinks back, I will not be pleased with him. (Habakkuk 2:3-4)

However, we are not the kind who shrink back and are destroyed; on the contrary we keep trusting, and thus preserve our lives!

See that you don’t reject the One speaking! For if those did not escape who rejected Him when He gave divine warning on earth, think how much less we will escape if we turn away from Him when He warns from Heaven.

Philippians 4:7-9

Rejoice in union with the Lord always! I will say it again: rejoice! Let everyone see how reasonable and gentle you are. The Lord is near! Don’t worry about anything; on the contrary, make your request known to God by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving. Then God’s shalom (peace) passing all understanding, will keep your hearts and mind safe in union with Messiah Yeshua. In conclusion, brothers, focus your thoughts on what is true, noble, righteous, pure, loveable or admirable, on some virtue or on something praise worthy. Keep doing what you have learned and received from me, what you have heard and seen me doing; then the God who gives shalom will be with you.

1 Corinthians 1:8

He will enable you to hold out until the end and thus be blameless on the Day of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

Revelation 2:10; 12:11

Don’t be afraid of what you are about to suffer. Look, the adversary is going to have some of you thrown in prison, in order to put you to the test; and you will face an ordeal for ten days. Remain faithful, even to the point of death; and I will give you life as your crown.

They defeated him because of the Lambs blood and because of the measure of their witness. Even when facing death they did not cling to life.

Now I’ll bring up that scripture I spoke of earlier.

Luke 21:34-36

But keep watch on yourselves, or your hearts will become dulled by carousing, drunkenness and the worries of everyday living, and the Day will be sprung upon you suddenly like trap!  For it will close in on everyone, no matter where they live, throughout the whole world. Stay alert, always praying that you will have the strength to escape all the things that will happen and to stand in the presence of the Son of Man.

This scripture is endlessly used as a defense for the whole trapped/ escape mentality. But let’s look closely at what it really says. Those who say they are saved but are still practicing the unsaved life will be trapped, not those who are working with God to hasten the Day of the Lord! And the word escape in verse 36 is not used in the context of “stop the world Lord I want off!” Look closely, it starts by saying…STAY ALERT, this same feeling is behind Yeshua when in the garden before His arrest, He kept going back to His disciples, asking them to wake and pray. The escape being taught here is the deception that we are and will be subjected to in the last days. Also the apathy and lethargy that will come from running out of patience, thinking it is time for God to do His thing! Why would we need to pray for strength if the escape here meant the rapture? God in His strength will do that, no strength on our part will hasten or help Him gather His people at the appointed time of His coming. Every time we are told to stay alert/pray for strength it’s to endure, persevere, hold out, keep going.

We do know that there are things Adonai intends to keep His Bride from experiencing, but the severity of all of this time period is not in keeping with His history from Genesis to Revelation. Our testing, refining by fire, come through great oppression. Never has God kept us from learning the lessons of depravity. Then applying those lessons to perseverance then to character that leads to letting go of selfish wants to escape and instead changing our hearts to reach out and enter into the service of snatching those that are lost and witnessing and tending the wounds as we wait, trust and believe…in the darkest hour…He will come! Just ask any survivor of the Holocaust. Ask those who stood as Titus wrecked the 2nd temple, trapping and starving those in the city to the point that they ate their own children! (70 AD, after Yeshua had died and ascended).

The hour, dear brothers and sisters will be very dark this time as well, we will rend our garments and our knees will be bloody from the posture of prayer and kneeling of service to His sheep. But we will know to be looking “up”, we will know that His coming is nigh, and with our hearts fully turned upon Him we will wait patiently that all may know Him! The signs are already neon and blinking all around us, we don’t need more, nor do we need to fixate on the day He will come. This day won’t take us by surprise, only those who don’t know what it means to tend His estate, feed His sheep, keep our lamps full of His oil…(these will not be trapped and looking for a way of escape.) Those who do not will. Until then we are to teach and encourage these things He’s so graciously given us as directions to guide us through some very hard times. Sticking to His plan not trying to get Him to see the wisdom of ours!

Don’t be an escape artist! Be the artist of His shalom! HIS LIGHT! Encourage! Lift up and help each other prepare for the times ahead, praying unceasingly and holding out the hope that is real – He’s coming! Coming soon! May we be found working, and holding tight to the fringes of His tallith until then!

Go with God!

🕎 Grace and peace be yours in abundance in union with our Messiah Yeshua 🔯 King of Kings and Lord of Lords! Amen 🕯

The Gathering

Psalms 27:13-14

I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and let your heart take courage, yes, wait for the Lord.

I was walking out of church service this Sunday, following directly behind my Dad, who led my mom through the crowd, but kept looking back to see if I was there. It made me smile, such joy these simple things bring me now. A teenager is annoyed by dad looking back to see if they’re there. It feels like being hovered over, corralled. I’m a full grown adult now, I see it different.

As I started to praise God in that moment, He prompted me to look through the moment of nostalgia and listen in to a different perspective. The verses of instruction from Yeshua (Jesus), to “come follow Me.” were the first thing that registered. Then I was shown how my dad was leading his family at that moment. One in front, one in back. One being guided by the touch of hand and pressure here and there. One having to follow exactly where the leader went from behind. The next image in my mind was of a mine field. He spoke to me of how most of life is like that in the following of Him. He goes before, knows the dangers, and we must keep our feet in time exactly with His to make it through without loss of limb or life. Where His foot goes, our foot must go.

The next thing I saw was the picture of a child, blind folded, with a parent, leading the child by the shoulders through a maze, head close to the child’s ear, whispering instruction, guidance and encouragement. In both cases, there is following. It never occurred to me to see following from both angles before. I always took the rear view, I’m behind and follow from there only. Being led always meant someone in front to lead, the follower in the rear. I smiled, knowing that these perspectives were not done stirring from within, they were only beginning.

We are now under contract with a different house and set to close mid March. The one we’d been waiting on fell through. Long story, not worth repeating as it only pours dirt on the other parties involved, for which I feel no need to do. It is over, done. The process taught alot, created character craters inside. Still being honed. I’m grateful to be moving on. Here’s the rub though, you’re going to laugh or at least giggle, those of you who have read the other parts to this process: the action now is in high speed. Now I’m groaning about the lack of time to get everything done before we move/close – again! Full circle, started out that way, then four months of complete halt, now the dotted lines on the road are going by so fast, they are becoming a solid line. What is different this time? I’m not in the hurry. By some miracle I’m able to step back and let time slip in and out according to God’s will. Oh, I get frustrated at certain moments within, like when other people don’t do their job so I can’t do mine. But as far as the rush to move, get going? Not anything like it was at the beginning. Weariness on both Sam and I’s part, desires for this to be done and over, but the excitement has long wore off. Torn between being too tired to move and too tired not to. Ahhh, where we are weak, He is strong.

So now I’m looking back at the last 5 months and starting to see, (thanks to my eyes being opened), where I followed from up front, and from behind. In times of intense battle, oddly enough I followed from behind. First, He’d face me towards Him, firmly speaking to me to place each foot exactly where He placed His, urging me to listen to His voice, not to be distracted, stay with Him. Obedience is key to following Him. One can not be in motion, living, and walking with the Lord God without obedience. At all times our lives are being poured out for His glory. Without obedience His glory diminishes in its reflection in us. Not His glory itself, just it’s reflection in us. Battle times and they were constant, rear-end focuses. Learning to listen from up ahead, but focus on the ground where the feet gave way to freedom.

Not oddly though, the weary, sick, and broken times He required me on my feet, moving forward, being guided by His touch and pressure to keep going. The focus of listening from behind, if you will, reminders of promises, urges of courage, whispers of love so strong they were winds that often propelled me forward all on their own. His strong presence ever before and behind me. Hemmed in as the Psalm says. Yes.

The guest speaker at church was on fire. Spoke of choosing courage in a society fast asleep with comfort and apathy. The Spirit swept in during worship, strong and gentle. The Word of God spoke, firm and caused much shifting in seats. The alter call was for those who know they need courage. The whole church should have rose as one. The few who rose, got what they asked for. Boldness for the Kingdom of God with the strong balance of love. Ahhh, how the Lord works within such tiny small gears in time, no one walked out of that building without the work began being moved to completion.

Why is this blog titled The Gathering? Do you not know? Have you not heard? This is what God is doing. He’s leading always but gathering us all, like Yeshua wept in Jerusalem, gather us like chickens under His wings. Yes, chickens, that is what we are at our core. Small, vulnerable, afraid of every little thing, chickens. But the God of the Universe made us, these chics! He loves us so. He is and ever shall be the fierce warrior for our home coming. We can go home to Him every day, but He sends us out, to gather. His promise – He will never leave us, always with us, Emmanuel, God with us! His Name engraved on the tombstones of our deaths along the way. Those Graves emptied every day, we arise in Christ, new creatures.

Follow in front, follow in the rear, follow Him! Follow Him, He’s gathering, gathering the broken pieces of our hearts to be made whole, gathering dispersed family grafted in and lost, gathering the product of His labors, the fruit of His planting, gathering seeds to plant more, gathering…

He comes soon! Everything about our daily living has meaning beyond our ability to comprehend without Him. Lean in and listen to your Shepherds voice, so you will know the imposters. Train your ears to hear Him from every direction. Train your eyes to see Him everywhere. He is.
